Rural Fire Truck
The Rural Fire Truck stationed at the Owosso Fire Department responded to fires outside of Owosso with 2 men and 150 gallons of water.
This was the scene when the wall of the Gittleman’s department store collapsed on January 12, 1981. Bricks from the wall struck Fireman Elmer Hodge, taking his life. An Owosso Twp. firefighter was also injured.
